Changing my practice

Dear Michelle / Luke / Rest of the team

I am a community dermatologist in London, UK. I prescribe Isotretinoin for acne extensively and your podcast advice on extending dose to 200mg/kg and the total cumulative dose being more important that higher daily dose, lack of need to do freq blood tests - has really helped my practice. Oh, and also prescribing an anti histamine, which I now do regularly to control the initial purging.
